Kalakand with Ricotta cheese







Ingredients:
100 g Ricotta cheese (Full fat)
75 g full fat milk powder
30 ml double cream
100 g sugar
2 tbsp ghee
Saffron threds soaked in little warm milk
1 tsp cardamom powder
few pistacho and almond for decoration (blanched,peeled and chopped)

Method:-

1.Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan, keep heat low and add cheese, milk powder and cream.
2.Mix well and keep stirring so doesn't stick to bottom of the pan. Now add sugar and saffron milk and  keep stirring till everything comes together and becomes a one mass.

3.Mixture should be like cookie dough so you can cut into any shape. Let it cool, now add cardamom powder and mix well.
4.Take a greased sheet or plate and spread it.
5.Let it cool for few hrs and cut it into any shape.
