Rava Ladoo or Rava laddu


 Ingredients:
1 Cup Semolina (suji/rava)
1/4 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup Milk
1Cup Dry Coconut (finely grated)
2tsp Ghee
10-15 Raisins
10 -15 cashew nuts
1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Method:
1.Take a pan add Ghee then add raisins and cashewnuts let they change the colour little bit and rasins will swell like grapes.
2. Now add  grated coconut then add semolina and saute them in very low flame till it changes into nice light brown color(very very light brown).
3. Add Sugar and keep mixing in very low flame for 3 minutes then switch off the flame and slowly add milk to it while keep mixing.
4. Add Cardamom powder mix well and transfer it to a plate.
5. Take the mixture into your hand and make small round balls and let it dry for 2hrs.
6.Delicious laddus are ready to eat.
