Gajar ki Barfi / Carrot barfi



Ingredients:
5 Carrot(grated)
1Cup sugar
5 tsp Ghee
200 ml condensed milk
1cup Mawa/Khoya (grated)
1tsp Cardamom powder
5-10 Pistachios (Blanched,peeled and finely chopped)
5-10 Almond (Blanched,peeled and finely chopped)
1 sheet silver varq.

Method:
1. Heat ghee in a non stick pan.Add the carrots and saute till the moisture gets absorbed.
2.Add the sugar and mix well.
3.Add cardamom powder and mix well.
4.Add condensed milk and mawa and cook till it leaves the pan and ghee oosses out on border.
5.Pour the mixture into greased tray and spread evenly.
6.Sprinkle almonds and pistachios.set it aside to cool and decorate with silver varq.
7.Cut into squares,diamonds or in any shapes and serve.
