Chicken Tikka Pizza


Ingredients:

FOR DOUGH
    2 cups of maida(all purpose flour)
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1 teaspoon yeast
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 egg
    2 tablespoon milk   
    1/2 cup warm water
   
FOR SAUCE:
    1/2 cup tomato puree(boil 4 tomatoes for 5min,peeled,seeds removed and pureed)
    1/4 cup ketchup
    2 cloves of garlic (make a paste)
    1 teaspoon red chilli powder (use kashmiri red chilli powder for nice red color)
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    Coriander finely chopped
   
MASALA FOR CHICKEN TIKKA:
    250gms boneless chicken in cubes
    1/2 teaspoon turmeric
    2 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 teaspoon red chilli powder
    1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1 teaspoon garam masala
    2 tablespoon oil
    salt to taste
   
Extra Toppings:(if u want)
    1/2 cup finley sliced Onions(any shape like...round,cubes)
    10 -15 pieces of Jalapeno (Pickled or fresh)

Other Ingredients:
    2 cup Mozzarella cheese
    1 cup Cheddar cheese.

 
Method:
   1. Mix yeast and sugar in warm water and leave for 10 min
   2. Sift Maida, Milk, Salt, Egg,oil and mixture of yeast and sugar with water (mix well to make a smooth dough).
   3. Leave for 2-3 hours for rising
   4.Meanwhile Marinate chicken cubes with salt,black pepper, turmeric,chilli powder,garam masala,lemon juice,ginger garlic paste and oil.keep aside for 30 min.
   5.In a wide pan (sauce pan) add oil.Just warm the oil and then add garlic paste,red chilli powder,tomato puree and ketchup.cook all  till thick consistency.
   6. Spread the dough in 12 inch pizza pan or whatever you have available and prick it with fork
   7.Spread pizza sauce
   8.Place Chicken Tikka pieces,onion and jalapeos.
   9. Above that add a Cheddar and mozerella cheese
  10.Now let it bake for approximately 20 min at 250 centigrade in a preheated oven.
  11. Chicken Tikka Pizza is ready.
